Formal Policy
1.1 Data Controller. ContentVoiceCraft, VIA VITTORIO VENETO 160/B, 32100 BELLUNO, Italy, is the data controller responsible for processing personal data collected through this website.
1.2 Data Collection. Personal data is collected when you submit contact forms, request quotes, or engage our content marketing services. Categories include: identification data (name, email), professional information (company, role), and project specifications.
1.3 Legal Basis. Processing is based on: (a) contractual necessity under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; (b) your explicit consent under Article 6(1)(a); and (c) legitimate interest in service improvement under Article 6(1)(f).
1.4 Data Retention. Personal data is retained for the duration of the service relationship and for up to 24 months after the last engagement, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Terms of Service
What You Should Know
- • Our services include editorial calendars, educational content, brand copy, and SEO-optimized assets as described in each service agreement.
- • Payment is due according to the milestones outlined in your project proposal. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee.
- • All content created becomes yours upon full payment. We retain no rights to deliverables once invoiced.
- • Revisions are included as specified in each service package. Additional revisions are billed at €75/hour.
- • Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to termination is billable.
Formal Terms
2.1 Scope of Services. ContentVoiceCraft provides content marketing, copywriting, editorial strategy, and related digital content services as specified in individual project proposals and Statements of Work.
2.2 Payment Terms. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments accrue interest at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. ContentVoiceCraft reserves the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days overdue.
2.3 Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, all deliverables, content, and materials produced under this agreement transfer to the Client. ContentVoiceCraft retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.4 Limitation of Liability. ContentVoiceCraft's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid under the applicable project agreement. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delivery.
2.5 Termination. Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, Client shall pay for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
Refund & Reimbursement Policy
Refund Guidelines
- • If you cancel before work begins, you receive a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
- • If work has started, refunds are prorated based on completed milestones versus total project scope.
- • Completed and delivered work is non-refundable, but we offer revision cycles as specified in your agreement.
- • Refund requests are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
- • EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, excluding定制 services.
Formal Terms
4.1 Right of Withdrawal. In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract execution. This right does not apply to定制 services where work has commenced with explicit consent.
4.2 Cancellation Before Work. If a project is cancelled before any deliverables are produced, Client shall receive a refund of all payments minus a 5% administrative fee to cover transaction processing costs.
4.3 Pro-Rated Refunds. For projects cancelled mid-execution, refund calculations are based on the percentage of milestones completed versus the total project scope. Completed milestones are non-refundable.
4.4 Processing. Refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method. ContentVoiceCraft shall provide written confirmation of refund processing.
4.5 Disputes. Refund disputes shall first be addressed through direct communication. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the relevant Italian consumer protection authority.
